Since 1969, the parachute center has been the most beautiful location in the Netherlands for making a parachute jump. We work with full-time professional instructors who live for and from jumping.
Paracentrum Texel is part of a group of (aviation) companies including Skydive Zeeland, Skydive Ameland and Tessel Air.
SAFETY FIRST
Our Dropzones are the only ones in the Netherlands with all licenses to legally conduct commercial parachute jumps, including the mandatory part SPO recognition. This demonstrates our safe and professional operations.

Skydiving, I’ve Always Wanted to Try That
The easiest way to make a parachute jump is through a tandem jump (also called Tandem Skydive).
You’ll jump attached to an instructor, receive a brief instruction, and you don’t have to do anything except enjoy this unforgettable experience.
A tandem jump has no minimum or maximum age.
A skydiving course takes 2 days, one week, or two weeks and can be easily combined with a vacation on Texel.

Paracentrum Texel offers various training programs for people who want to learn skydiving themselves.
Every course starts with a day of theory, and then the real fun begins!
There are different skydiving courses. One takes 2 days, another one week, and the most complete takes two weeks.
A skydive course can be perfectly combined with a vacation on Texel.

Now open for bookings: our new hotel
The Parachute Center has its own hotel where many of our tandem jumpers and course participants stay overnight. The 4-star hotel has just been completely newly built from the ground up and is located less than 5 minutes from the airport.
The hotel features a heated indoor pool, extensive wellness facilities, and restaurant Julia's. With contemporary rooms, a warm welcome, and a large indoor garden, it's the perfect place to stay before or after your jump(s).

Skydiving is not all We Do
In the same building as Paracentrum Texel, you’ll find Tessel Air. Tessel Air offers sightseeing flights, photo and film flights, and introductory flying lessons.
Tessel Air is the aviation company on Texel. It has been around as long as Paracentrum Texel.
Both companies are closely connected.
A sightseeing flight starts at €69.50 per person, and children up to eight years get a 25% discount.
